SECOND PLACE

The proposal incorporates a master plan to recover the historical center of Porlamar through a catalogue of three different kind of streets interventions, such as, boulevard, street corner and sidewalks. Also, it was proposed urban furniture and regulations to recover the heritage and facades presented in the historical center.
