The idea is to incorporate the water as the main element for design. There were introducing water activities and connections with the lake through pools in the ground level. Water remains as the most important element of integration, as in urban areas as well as inside the building. Architectural operations are based on safeguarding the existing building structure and modifying some of its elements, by the use of transparent glass, in order to integrate it with the surrounding spaces and open it to the outside.
