The proposal consist on a bike sharing transportation system adapted to Caracas city mobility problems and Venezuelan culture. It incorporates two types of circuits along the city valley connecting south and north. Municipalities of Caracas would control the system circuits according to their zone. There were proposed also management and funding strategies for the feasibility and sustainability of the project.
